2022 NBA Qualifiers – Full matches, schedules and news from Round One

The NBA postseason is here, and it’s shaping up to be a wide open pursuit of the 2022 title.

The Phoenix Suns set a league best record — eight games behind the second-best Memphis Grizzlies. Devin BookerAnd Chris Paul The governing Western Conference champions are on a mission to redeem themselves after losing last season’s Finals six games to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Lots of contenders in the West stand in Sun’s way, including Ja Morante And the Grizzlies, the best player in the game Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets and Golden State Warriors, who returned to the playoffs for the first time since reaching the finals in 2019.

In the East, the defending Bucks were the third seed in a lumber-filled conference—the Miami Heat, Boston Celtics, Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers were separated by just two games in the regular season final standings.

And the Brooklyn Nets, who needed championship play to win the seventh seed, have the star power to change the playoff class.
