Disturbing details have emerged following the death of Arizona beautician Lauren Heigke, several US media outlets have reported.

Phoenix police say the 29-year-old woman was stabbed 15 times in the back and chest by her assailant. Lauren Haig managed to flee her attacker before collapsing a short distance further and succumbing to her injuries.
Authorities believe she may have jumped over or jumped through a barbed wire fence as her attacker chased her.

Zion William Teasley, a 22-year-old man, was arrested and charged with the young woman’s murder. The victim will not be told that he is the killer.
The accused was filmed following Lauren Haig on the day of the murder. A surveillance camera also captured the youth returning near the spot where the deceased’s body was found.
Her DNA was found on a shoe lost when the teenager tried to escape.
Zion William Teasley was released from prison last November; He was sentenced to three years in prison in June 2020 after pleading guilty to charges of robbery with a deadly weapon, disorderly conduct and robbery.
If convicted, the offender may be sentenced to death.
