One of the rarest and most powerful items in Blizzard’s newly released action RPG, Diablo IV-Down for one very lucky player.
On June 26th We’ve covered six extremely rare items in Diablo IV, stating that the items were very rare, and Blizzard had to assure players that they were in fact in the game and had not been bugged or broken. But while the company confirmed that they were indeed a thing and could be looted, finding them is really difficult, as they have very low drop rates to match the rarer items in a dungeon crawler. However, someone just got it very Lucky, he becomes the first confirmed person in the world to collect Andariel’s Visage, one of the six extremely rare items hidden in the game.
like reported by Wow headAnd Diablo IV player Yes You seem to be the first confirmed person in the world to have found Andariel’s visage, as seen in a video from Polish streamer NadinWins.
After making sure to drop the item and looking at its stats, NadinWins and Yes then spent some time testing and demonstrating the incredibly powerful helmet and its unique life steal rate. At one point yeah, it swarmed with a whole lot of spiders, and after taking a lot of damage, it annihilates the spiders and returns to full health in a matter of seconds.

The rare drop (upgraded multiple times by YesYou) also includes a +18 increase to all stats, and the chance to apply poison. Damage to nearby enemies, poison resistance increased by 35%. It provides over 1,000 armor and the upgraded version shown in the video is worth over 175,000 gold, though I doubt anyone lucky enough to get this or the five other extremely rare items would consider selling them. You can check out the basic unranked stats for this rare helmet on Wow head.
If you want to try farming to get one of these unique and very rare items, you will need to kill enemies that are at least level 85. And then you’ll need one of those enemies to drop a unique item that has a very small chance of being one of those extremely rare items players are chasing. The truth is, for most people, you will likely never see one.
While some Diablo IV Players hate how rare these pieces of loot are and want Blizzard to change that, I’m fine with it. I love the idea of having a few hard-to-get pieces of equipment and weapons that you might never see. Because if one day you get lucky and one of those falls off, what a moment!
