The dust has settled in London, England, and with WWE Money In The Bank on the books, all eyes are on “Raw” tonight, as WWE kicks off the road to SummerSlam in Detroit, Michigan. on the latestbust open,Mark Henry hoped it would start another chapter in the story between Cody Rhodes and Dominic Mysterio.
“I hope we can see [a lot more Cody and Dominik] Immediately,” said Henry, because there is no time like the present. When something is fresh, you can really put it in there, so I hope to see it sooner rather than later.”
The American Nightmare scored a victory over WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio’s son despite Rhea Ripley’s best efforts and the speed with which the two combined impressed the former World Heavyweight Champion.
“Cody and Dom had fun the whole time,” Henry explained. “There was no snoozing point at any point in that game.”
Rhodes has been a busy man this year, as he was also embroiled in a feud with Brock Lesnar after the guys split twice over the course of this past May, with the possibility of a rubber match between the two men somewhere down the road. Rhodes also insists that he must “end the story” and defeat Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship after he loses to Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 39.
Tonight’s “RAW” will take place at the CFG Arena in Baltimore.
