Dakota Johnson flaunted her massive emerald engagement ring after denying rumours she had split from fiancé Chris Martin.
The “Fifty Shades of Grey” star was photographed deliberately flaunting her dazzling gems for photographers while having dinner with Jeremy Allen White and Blake Lee in Malibu, California on Friday.
Johnson appeared upset as she stared at photographers as she walked through the parking lot.
She wore a chic brown coat with baggy jeans for the outing.
On the same day, a representative for the 34-year-old actress denied speculation that Johnson and Martin, 47, had split, telling Page Six: “The reports are not true. They are happy together.”
Rumours of the couple’s split began to circulate after a source claimed to the Daily Mail that they had “accepted that the relationship is over – and that it is best to move on”.
Additionally, Johnson was not wearing her engagement ring, and was noticeably absent from the Coldplay frontman’s European tour, “Music of the Balls.”
The Madame Whip star attended Coldplay’s recent concert at the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, England, in June.
Johnson and Martin have been dating for seven years since 2017.
There are rumors that the duo briefly split in 2019, though they have never confirmed the reports.
The couple sparked engagement rumors In December 2020 when she was first spotted with her emerald ring.
However, sources told Page Six in March that the two had been engaged for six years.
Martin was previously married to Gwyneth Paltrow, with whom he has a 20-year-old daughter named Apple and an 18-year-old son named Moses.
The former couple have maintained a friendly relationship as they co-parent, even taking family trips with Johnson and Goop founder Brad Falchuk.
Johnson has also been candid about her role as a stepmom, telling Bustle in March, “I love these kids like my life depends on it. With all my heart.”
