Kamala Harris ‘Happy’ to Debate Donald Trump in September
Donald Trump has proposed two additional debate dates, and Kamala Harris said she would be happy to discuss them in more detail.
WASHINGTON — In the eyes of his opponents, Donald Trump’s latest presidential campaign is fading so fast that his rallies include the theme song from the movie “Titanic.”
Social media users rejoiced that the playlist for Trump’s Friday rally in Bozeman, Montana, included “My Heart Will Go On” from “Titanic,” the 1997 Oscar-winning film about the famous 1912 shipwreck.
“Perfect – because when your campaign is heading towards an iceberg, it’s best to set it to music,” said user Mark Broklawski on Social networking site X.
Kamala Harris’s campaign is supposed to be the iceberg in this scenario.
In recent weeks, the vice president has managed to erase Trump’s lead in the polls after emerging as the Democratic nominee following President Joe Biden’s withdrawal.
It should be noted that the song is not about a shipwreck.
Celine Dion immortalized “My Heart Will Go On,” the love song from the film, which talks about dealing with the loss of a loved one.
The lyrics can also be read as a testament to resilience: “Near, far, wherever you are/ I believe the heart goes on.”
