Slipknot member Sid Wilson suffers burns all over his body in accident

The drummer for heavy metal band Slipknot says he is recovering after suffering burns in an accident.

in Posted on social media “Our brother Sid Wilson was involved in an accident today and has suffered burns all over his body,” the band wrote on Slipknot’s official Instagram page on Friday.

“He is recovering with his family and will join us on stage in Rocklahoma next weekend. He thanks everyone for the well wishes and will see you all soon,” the statement added.

On Wilson’s Instagram page, he shared: Video posts from the hospitalAt first, he said he had been “blown up in the face.” He also said he had “burns all over,” noting that his eyebrows, mouth, face and arms were affected.

He also said, “I’ll be fine. I don’t care what it takes, I’ll see you on the tour,” and that his burns were “very painful.”

In a later video from an ambulance en route to a different hospital with a burn center on Friday, he told his followers he might need to shave his head to make sure there were no more burns there, and again said he was “going to be fine” and was “in good hands.”

Wilson said in The second section The accident was not “the result of an accident,” but rather the result of his “work on the farm.” He did not provide any further details. Finally, he urged his followers to “be safe when playing with fire.”

Wilson’s partner, Kelly Osbourne, also shared footage from the hospital, where she was watching over their son.

She later thanked her followers for their support and said she was on her way to pick Wilson up from the hospital.

Different angles of the videos shared by both Wilson and Osborne showed his arms and hands wrapped in heavy bandages.

Slipknot is scheduled to appear at the Rocklahoma Festival in Pryor, Oklahoma, from August 30 to September 1.
