So far, one of the children, the wife and the car have yet to be found, police said on Wednesday.

A delivery man in Dordash, the mother of two children, Kasan and Khair Thomas, received an order from a restaurant when her car stopped in front of the pizzeria, which was still running.

When he left the restaurant, his car, a black 2010 Honda Accord, was missing.

Guyer, one of the children, was found abandoned near Dayton International Airport around 4:15 a.m. Tuesday.

As of Wednesday afternoon, Kazan was still missing and the suspect, 24-year-old Nala Jackson, was still being sought, Columbus Police Chief Elaine Bryant said at a news conference.

Jackson, who faces two kidnapping charges, was reportedly last seen at the airport where one of the children was found.

An Amber Alert was issued for the twins at 1:37 a.m. Tuesday.

Later in the evening, the twins’ grandmother, LaFonda Thomas, begged Cason to come back.

“If you look at him and see something, see a precious child longing for his mother,” he said.

“We’re begging you, please, please, please do the right thing and bring my baby home.”

“We’re determined to find baby Cason. We want Nala to do the right thing,” said Police First Deputy Chief Lashanna Potts. […] We know she can do it because she delivered a child.”

Authorities believe the twins’ family has no connection to the suspect.
