The scene went viral on social media. We see a young woman filming a child with a vaporizer in her hands.
Then the child inhales the smoke and the teenager watches.
In her post, the woman says she has “nothing,” prompting the baby girl to try her weapon.

Contacted by TVA Nouvelles, the police of the city where the incident took place confirmed the facts.
They contacted the teenager’s parents and the infant’s parents.
The brief remains under investigation, but no charges have been filed in the case.
Former SPVM investigator Andre Durocher believes the girl has no chance of getting justice.
“Police can report to DPJ […] In my opinion, the biggest crime is to go and put it on social media,” he said.
He also says the teenager didn’t break the law because she didn’t “sell” vaping paraphernalia to a minor.
The shocking story comes a week after media reports broke about a mother in Australia who forced her child to rape her.
