Assassination attempt: Trump team-launched GoFundMe raises more than $3 million

A GoFundMe campaign was launched Saturday evening by Donald Trump’s team to raise donations for the victims of the shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania.

In almost 24 hours, more than 3.3 million USD was raised.

“President Donald Trump has authorized this account as a destination for donations for supporters and families injured or killed in today’s brutal and brutal assassination attempt,” the page’s description reads.

A man named Corey Comperatore was killed in the attack on the former President of the United States on Saturday.

Two others, David Dutch, 57, and James Copenhaver, 74, were also injured, but are in stable condition, CNN reported.
