Avery Sehorn, the daughter of actress Angie Harmon and NFL star Jason Sehorn, has been released from jail without bail after she was arrested for breaking into a bar and stealing hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol, according to a report.

Seehorn, 18, and two 17-year-old boys were arrested just days after their high school graduation for allegedly sneaking through the back door of the World Nightclub in Charlotte, North Carolina, and drinking alcohol while hiding behind the bar.

After her arrest, she was released after making a “written promise” to appear at a June 18 hearing in Mecklenburg District Court in lieu of posting bail, according to court documents. Reviewed by Daily Mail.

There were no additional conditions for her release.

Seehorn faces felony burglary and theft charges in the June 6 incident, which was captured on club surveillance video.

She and her two friends stole six bottles of liquor worth $500.

Club owner WCCB said They were caught by a member of his cleaning crew.

The teens fled but were arrested by police a short time later.

Avery graduated from high school on June 2 and is scheduled to attend the University of Alabama in the fall.

Harmon and Jason Seehorn split in 2014. The couple also has two daughters, Finley, 20, and Emery, 15.
