The irrelevant in this case is called Antonio Sherrod McCarthy. The latter was seated in the 11F seat, next to a woman he did not know.

The poor woman, just minutes after departure, told police that her seatmate had pulled down her pants and underwear and was engaged in a small private pleasure session.

“McGarity masturbated with his penis in full view on four different occasions, sometimes using his right hand and sometimes his left hand. The passenger suspects that McCarthy’s ejaculated after seeing him licking a white object on his fingers, ”the court documents read.

Antonio Schroeder McCarthy was arrested by police after disembarking from a plane at Phoenix Airport in Arizona.

When questioned by the FBI, the suspect stated that he was well aware that the woman sitting next to him had seen him masturbate, but that he did not believe that his abusive actions had caused her embarrassment.

McCarthy told authorities his behavior during the flight was “naughty” and nothing more.

On suspicion in this case, his name is spreading around the world – for the wrong reasons – with a lifetime ban on Southwest Airlines flights.

He faces federal criminal charges, which carry him up to 90 days in prison and a $ 500 fine.
