Pennsylvania | Donald Trump walked out during a rally and heard an explosion

(Butler) Former President Donald Trump, the Republican nominee in the US election in November, was ejected from a partisan rally in Pennsylvania after hearing blood in his right ear and an explosion, AFP journalists found.

As Donald Trump began his speech, he was immediately escorted to the stadium by Secret Service agents responsible for the protection of presidents and former presidents. Moments later, he awoke surrounded by agents who escorted him from the platform to his car. He raised his fist in the air despite cheering supporters.

Secret Service agents threw Donald Trump to the ground.

“We saw a lot of people throwing themselves on the ground, confused. I heard shots, it sounded like something between firecrackers and a small caliber pistol,” sympathizer John Yegel told AFP at the scene.

It was Donald Trump’s last meeting before the Republican convention, where he will officially be nominated as the Republican nominee against outgoing Democratic President Joe Biden in November’s election.
