With President Joe Biden still uncertain whether to run for re-election in 2024 and losing support to Donald Trump, we could see a 2024 election campaign with two new candidates.
Many Republican candidates are waiting to see if former US President Donald Trump will run again.
“Without Trump, it would be like opening a highway and a boulevard to a constituency of candidates,” said Guillaume Lavoie.
The same is true of the Democratic Party, while Joe Biden has cast doubt on the possibility of a second term in the White House.
Although the California governor has indicated he doesn’t want to run, he could be a good candidate, according to this expert.
Gavin Newsom: “Campaigning in America is also about raising money, and when you’re the governor of California, one of the biggest donors to the Democratic Party, even though he said he won’t run, Governor Newsom is definitely a great candidate,” he said.
