WWE announced that 78,453 fans attended Second Night WrestleMania 38 At AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
For the second day in a row, the announced attendance was significantly less than the number of tickets distributed WrestleTix It says 65,653 tickets were abroad.
WWE usually increases attendance numbers, but with the stadium wings, which will number a few thousand people, and the different people working on the show, the actual number will be closer to the stated number.
As previously reported, WWE announced that 77,899 fans attended Night One of WrestleMania 38 on Saturday night. WrestleTix reported that the actual number of tickets distributed was 65,719.
This puts the reported attendance for WrestleMania 38 at 156,352 across both nights. WrestleTix reported that the actual number of tickets distributed for a two-night event was 131,372.
WWE President and Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan recently stated that they were hoping for 100,000 people to attend each night of WrestleMania 38, but they clearly failed to achieve that goal.
For comparison, WrestleMania 32 in 2016 was also held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, with an advertised attendance of 101,763. In 2021, WWE announced a sale to a crowd of 25,675 fans on both nights of WrestleMania 37 from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, which was limited due to COVID-19.
Stay tuned for more from WrestleMania 38.
