What a lesson in determination and courage! An obese man decides to do everything in his power not to “die young.” Since then, he has lost 336 pounds (152 kg).

Since posting about her weight loss on her Twitter account, Cole Prokaska has received many messages of support.

The South Carolina man weighed 600 pounds (272 kg) before his lifestyle change, Vt.co reported.

“Two years ago I decided I didn’t want to die young. I didn’t want to become diabetic. I wanted to know what I was truly capable of. I decided to take my life back. I’ve lost over 330 pounds. Believe me,” she shared on social media last March. Wrote in the media.

On Twitter, Kohli is smiling and visibly muscular. His fitness is obviously working for him.

Then, a few days ago, Cole Progasca posted a post on Twitter where he revealed himself shirtless.

Her significant weight loss took its toll on her body. He has excess skin.

“It’s really hard to share a shirtless photo, but I get it. Lighter than 336 pounds! Many people didn’t believe in me, but I believed in myself. Thanks for the inspiration”, supports Cole.

The American is an example, but he admits that his body bothers him. He started a GoFundMe page to help pay for the surgery(s) he’ll need to remove the excess skin he has.

“My goal weight has been reached, but it won’t be complete until I get rid of this excess skin,” Cole said. His goal is to raise $60,000. At the time of this writing, he had raised $4737.
