I went 5-6 against the spread last week, which puts me under .500 against the season streak for this season.

The Good: Choosing Tennessee to cover in a house. The bad: picking Alabama to defeat Texas. Ugly: A&M’s choice to blow up the application state.

Here are the guesses for this week.

(All spreads come from BetMGM, click here For live odds, all kickoff times are Eastern.)

    Florida (-3) in LouisvilleFriday, 7:30 p.m. (ESPN)

The Seminoles had a week off to refocus after a beautiful road win LSU And prepare to deal with a runner better than Jaden Daniels In Malik Cunningham. Expect FSU to cause enough problems in Louisville with Jared Verse & Co. under a lot of pressure.

    FSU 27, Louisville 24

    picking Florida -3

No. 1 Georgia (-24.5) in South Carolina, N. (ESPN)

That’s a big number the SEC team has to cover down the road. Spencer Rattler Shaky start (2 TDs, 3 INTs). My hunch is that he’ll make some plays and keep the Gamecocks defense close.

    Georgia 34, South Carolina 14

    picking South Carolina +24.5

number 6 Oklahoma (-10.5) in Nebraska, N. (Fox)

I expect the Huskers to respond well to the change of training. Mickey Joseph will bring more regulation, and some of the pressure around the program will be dissipated. It wouldn’t shock me if the Huskers managed to get rid of the distress right away.

    Oklahoma 35, Nebraska 34

    picking Nebraska +10.5

    number 12 BYU 25 Oregon (-3.5), 3:30 p.m. (Fox)

The cougars looks good against Baylor It can handle tough road environment. I think that ducks They are still working on kinks and trying to find an identity.

    BYU 35, Oregon 30

    picking BYU +3.5

    number 22 Pennsylvania state (-3) in Auburn3:30 p.m. (CBS)

The Tigers have enough athletes they can run to slow down the impressive young back of the Nittany Lions, but I think defensive coordinator Manny Diaz and a good PSU junior would make some big mistakes from the Auburn quarterback. TJ Finleywho has one touchdown pass and three picks so far.

    Penn State 20, Auburn 13

    picking Pennsylvania -3

    Mississippi (-2.5) at LSU, 6 p.m. (ESPN)

It’s unusual to see the Tigers as underdogs at home against an unranked team, but here we go. I think Mississippi has a more specific identity right now than LSU, and I expect that Will Rogers To keep tigers in their wake. He’s playing with great confidence now.

    Mississippi State 34, LSU 27

    picking Mississippi -2.5

    Texas Tech at No. 16 NC State (-10), 7 p.m. (ESPN2)

I like what I saw from the young Texas Tech quarterback Donovan Smith So far, but North Carolina State has the 15 best passing defenses. I think that wolf pack It will give him some headaches in a tough spot for the young QB.

NC State 31, Texas Tech 24

    picking Texas Tech +10

No. 11 Michigan State in Washington (-3.5), 7:30 p.m. (ABC)

This looks like an upcoming party for Kalen DeBoer. He does it in Washington. Husky Stadium can be loud and former Indiana quarterback Michael Benx Jr. It plays well in this system. If the Husky can protect him well enough, I think they win a close match against a well-trained and balanced team.

    Washington 24, Michigan 23

    picking Michigan State +3.5

    This week’s special: SMU In Maryland (-3), 7:30 p.m. (FS1)

Taner Mordechai It looks good so far, and Terps banged up a bit in the secondary. I think they’ll miss the salient angle Steel intimidation Against a Mustang a lot.

    SMU 40, Maryland 35

    picking SMU +3
