A woman has shared a video on popular mobile video sharing app TikTok showing people a little-known tip to protect themselves from the sun in their car.
In a 10-second video, Stephanie Booth explains how drivers and passengers can keep the sun out of their faces while driving.
It’s easy: simply unscrew the sun visor from its original position and move it to the left or right depending on which side of the car you’re sitting on.
After pulling the end of the sun visor, the young woman was able to deploy it easily and protect her vision from the sun.
“Did you know your solar panel can do that?” she asked.
One person wrote: “Wow, really”.
Another added: ‘My parents didn’t know it and they were really surprised when I showed them how it worked.
