US President Joe Biden, 80, suffered a harmless fall during a military ceremony in Colorado Springs in the western United States on Thursday.

The Democrat, who presented diplomas to students at the Air Force Academy in Colorado, apparently tripped over a black bag and got down on his knees and hands.
Joe Biden, whose age and physical shape have been under constant attack by some of his political opponents, later rose with the help of a soldier at his side and his bodyguards.
As if explaining why the device fell, we saw him point to this bag used to prop up a device in the scene.

The president, particularly the candidate for the 2024 election against Republican Donald Trump, attended the ceremony’s conclusion and was not immediately affected by the fall.
White House communications director Ben LaBolt said on Twitter that Biden is fine.
The White House did not immediately comment on the incident and its possible consequences.
In June 2022, an image of the president falling down during a bike ride had already caused a stir. Again, Joe Biden woke up and suffered no particular physical consequences.
The Democrat’s most recent health checkup, in February, found him in good health.
But according to polls, a majority of Americans believe he is too old to run for a second term.
