A viral video posted by TikTok user Garrett Hudson earlier this month shows an employee at a big box store answering a call from a disgruntled customer.

In the excerpt, the woman can be heard complaining about too many vehicles parked near Walmart.

“The parking lot is full, there is no place to park, not even groceries,” the employee laments after activating the speaker phone.

The employee, who works at this branch in Okeechobee, Florida, responded that the situation was beyond his control.

“What do you want me to do? Move the cars?” he joked.

A few minutes later, the woman ends the conversation before the American worker responds.

The viral clip prompted a series of reactions in the comments below the post.

Some users who work in customer service have revealed that they frequently receive calls from unhappy customers.

“Customers forget we’re real people,” said one user.

“Some people think they have to call us to send us out for a walk,” a young employee laments.
