    By now you’ve probably seen some stories about the team behind Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD. While the original 3DS version was released in 2013 by the talented Canada-based studio Next Level Games, for the high-definition Switch version of the game, it appears that Nintendo has once again called upon the services of Australian developer Tantalus Media.

    Australian Nintendo fan site Vooks.net highlighted this in its review of the gamewith multiple ports such as IGN And VGC It also confirms the main involvement of this studio in the project just one day after the official launch of the game.

    As you may remember, Tantalus is the same team behind The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, which was released on Switch in 2021. It also worked on Twilight Princess HD for the Wii U. Aside from Luigi’s second appearance, the studio has recently been working on On series such as Age of Empires, Cities: Skylines, and StellarisAnd LEGO 2K Drive game.     This latest studio reveal ahead of the official launch follows comments from a Nintendo representative recently, who confirmed that the company will not reveal its partner developers until the games are released and players see the credits roll.
