    SD card slots are back in MacBook Pro format Repeat 2021Which means it was only a matter of time before we started seeing SD cards designed for MacBooks hitting the shelves again. today in Tools we’ve seen before but recent events have increased as they are relevantTranscend announces a new 1TB SD card for MacBooks: Jet drive lite 330.

    The idea is that you can insert this device into the SD slot of your MacBook Pro and it is properly integrated. It’s the right color so it doesn’t disrupt the overall look, and it’s just the right size so nothing extra adds volume.

    The device is currently listed for $249.99 on Amazon. So let’s do some quick math: Upgrading your MacBook Pro from 1TB to 2TB of internal storage It costs 400 dollarsWhich means you can save $150 by buying one of these bad boys instead, sticking it in your SD slot, and forgetting about it. Of course, this assumes that you don’t regularly need an SD slot for anything else. If that sounds like you, this might be a reasonable deal.

    In terms of straightforward specs, JetDrive offers R/W speeds of 95/75MB/s and is manufactured with COB (chip on board) technology. You can also use it in . format Older MacBook Pro models (From late 2012 to early 2015).
