On April 30, Disney Home Entertainment will release on physical media four more series for streaming, two from Lucasfilm and two from Marvel Studios.

“Star Wars: Andor – The Complete Season 1”, “Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi – The Complete Series”, “Marvel Studios' Moon Knight: The Complete 1st Season” and “Marvel Studios' The Falcon and the Winter Soldier: The Complete Series” will be released “The Complete First Season” individually on 4K UHD and Blu-ray in collectible packaging.

The news comes after Disney announced plans in February to offload physical media manufacturing, distribution and marketing to Sony Pictures Entertainment. Although disc sales have steadily declined industry-wide year over year, the overlap between 4K and Blu-ray disc collectors and fans of the fantasy, sci-fi, and superhero genres remains significant. It's this demographic that Disney Home Entertainment is targeting, with new box art, concept art cards, and steel book packaging for all four titles.

In addition to shorts and documentaries, releases of both “Moon Knight” and “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” include deleted scenes from their respective series. Neither “Andor” nor “Obi-Wan Kenobi” involve cut material, but a series of films that explore the world-building of the former, while Deborah Chow's director's commentary culminates the material making of the latter.

These titles mark the second series of Disney Home Entertainment collector's editions, following the release of “Loki Season 1,” “WandaVision” and seasons one and two of “The Mandalorian” in 2023. All of them are currently available on the studio's streaming service, Disney+, but due Because future seasons or follow-ups won't be due for a while (“Andor: Season 2” premieres in 2025, and “The Mandalorian” and “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” will next hit the screen in the coming years ) or won't be shown at all (“Obi-Wan Kenobi”), and the sets and their extras are intended to provide fans with a temporary opportunity to get over them.
