Luxury Manhattan magazine publisher Jason Bean has been arrested in New York City for molesting a girl under 17.
Ben, 47, is the founder and CEO of the glitzy Dojour magazine.
He was accused of forcibly touching intimate organs and endangering a minor under the age of 17.
Ben is the father of two girls and a boy. He and wife Haley separated in 2016, and sold their TriBeCa apartment for $10.75 million in 2017.

He has been a guest at Kris Jenner’s birthday parties, posing for photos with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. He’s rubbed shoulders with Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, and starred with Lenny Kravitz and Lionel Ritchie in Miami’s Art Basel.

On other low-key evenings in the Hamptons, the 54-year-old spends time with Christie Brinkley and paints himself a homemade body, in bed by 10pm.
Just three days ago, the prolific Instagram poster posted a photo of himself with a smiling Katie Holmes, captioning, ‘They’re all dressed up and places to go. Great shot – great day.
The day before, he had been posting pictures of himself with famous restaurateur Giuseppe Cipriani and proud of their 40-year friendship after meeting their parents.
Ironically, for a man who now finds himself on the wrong side of the law, last week he posted his praise of New York law enforcement and a video collaboration between civil rights activist Al Sharpton and New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.

He began his publishing career at advertising agency D’Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles at the age of 23 after graduating early, summa cum laude, from Boston University’s School of Communication.
In 1992 he moved to Miami and founded Ocean Drive magazine. Six years later in 1998, he founded the Niche Company and a slew of other high society titles followed including Hamptons Magazine, Capitol File, Gotham, Los Angeles Confidential, Aspen Peak, and Michigan Avenue.
In 2005, he was featured in Forbes Magazine, “Forbes 400”, and was named Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year”.
Two years later, he was the only media member to be inducted into the American Advertising Association’s “Hall of Advertising Achievement”, and in 2008 he was named to Crain’s 40 Under 40 Successful Entrepreneurs list.
In 2010 he was appointed president of Niche in the same year that he was appointed chief advisor to online shopping company Gilt.

Dujour’s Quarterly magazine caters to a readership with a minimum net worth of $5 million.
In order to receive a copy of the magazine, one had to meet five out of seven qualifications including average net worth of $5 million, liquid assets over $1 million, median home values above $1.5 million, and median Income in excess of $250,000, yearly offline luxury purchases of over $100,000 or annual online purchases and charitable donations respectively totaling more than $10,000.
Published by Forbes last August, the magazine praised his ability to communicate with a focus on “communication” as being at the core of his success which saw his company grow from just five employees in 1992 to more than 300.
But while his professional fortunes faltered between private lives.

In the first edition of Dujour wrote, ‘Without the love and support of my wife Hayley and my children, what I was about to see on these pages would not have been possible. They are my lifelong partners.
But it did not work out in this way and the couple quietly separated in 2016 without commenting on the reasons. Ben married Haley Lieberman, 46, a former real estate developer, in December 2003 in a ceremony in Fontainebleau, Miami. Her parents, Diane and Alan Lieberman, own South Beach Group hotels in Miami.
