Remember how we told you about making Brock Lesnar sudden return to WWE Monday Night Raw This week at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York? And how did he beat Bobby Lashley and leave him in a pile just minutes before his US Championship defense against Seth Rollins?
They played batting, as the WWE medical team tried to take Lashley back to get him checked out. Rollins grabbed a microphone and tried to get him to move forward with the match.
“You’re supposed to be a fighter. You’re supposed to be a hero. You’re supposed to be a soldier!”
It was the last part he got to.
“You are a disgrace to your country!”
That was all he took.
Lashley returned to the ring, one of his arms useless, and demanded that the referee ring the bell. I did it. Lashley attempted a surprise attack, and Rollins flung a spear that Seth somehow blocked off to the descent. But she only got two! Follow the frog splash also only got two!
Lashley even managed to come back and hit the spear. When he tried to use Hurt Lock, it was just too much. He didn’t have it. Rollins kicked his injured arm, then threw a stomp, then threw another one for good measure.
The installation was academic.
