Ghost Ship Publishing and developer Funday Games have announced a single-player-like auto shooter Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor for the computer. It will be launched in Early Access via steam in 2023.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor It is an automatic shooter like a single player survivor. Use the full arsenal of Deep Rock Galactic-Encounter hordes of aliens, mine fortunes, and unlock powerful upgrades. It’s one dwarf against all planet Hoxxes!

Reverse bullet hell, with mining

Kill insects, upgrade your gear, and delve deeper into the deadly caves of Hoxxes. Collect and assemble a devastating array of weapons, unleash hell on wave after wave of alien monsters in fast-paced, frantic combat, and slash your way to collecting precious riches from deep within the cave walls. Each mission is unique, using procedural cave generation and enemy waves, just as you learned from Deep Rock Galactic.

Pick the tasks to do as you dig deep

Go deep, miner! Once the Drop Pod frees you into the complete darkness, you’re on your own. Complete the mission objectives set by the Company, and make it back to the Drop Pod in time to try your luck in more deadly and lucrative encounters. Choose your way through a harder and harder mission path as you become ever stronger, survive to the end of your mission, and finally dig out with your heavy sack of loot.

Play each mission from a top-down perspective, and explore the Hoxxes Caves like you’ve never seen them before. early access

The initial release on early access will include:

  • Four playable characters
  • More than 30 weapons
  • More than 10 types of enemies
  • One to three heads
  • Three to five biomes
  • Multiple task types
  • Deep progression system for perks, artifacts and upgrades

The final version will contain more of each type of content, as well as other features – all of which will be determined when we receive and review feedback from the community during Early Access.
