It seems Google's upcoming Pixel 8a just can't stop leaking. After some alleged live images of it appeared a few days ago, today a new leak arrives to show us all four colors that will be available.
They will be named Obsidian (black), Porcelain (white), Bay (blue), and Mint (very subjective description). We've seen all of this before on other Pixel devices – the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro come in Mint, while the latter also has a Bay edition.
The source of this leak claims that the Pixel 8a will finally go official at Google I/O on May 14. So we still have more than a month to go, which likely means more leaks are on the way.
The overall design of the Pixel 8a is close to that of the Pixel 8, and the back will have a matte texture. The 8a is expected to feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ 90Hz display, while Google's own Tensor G3 SoC will be in charge. The Pixel 8a should have a 4,500 mAh battery, a 64-megapixel main rear camera, and a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera alongside it.
The Pixel 8a was recently rumored to be launching at a higher price than its predecessor, and it will of course be offered by Google Fi Wireless in the US – in fact, Google's carrier may have leaked the Pixel 8a itself last week.
