Spider-Man 2 It was released to mostly glowing reviews last year, although many players were disappointed by the brevity of the story. While players can take control of Venom to do battle with Kraven the Hunter, the character's role was smaller than expected and the final chapter was considered too similar to Spider-Man: Web of Shadows.
Insomniac Games later had a hack that shook the industry, with details about it Wolverine A video game — and even tentative plans for one Spider-Man 3 And a Poison Episodicism – Everyone finds their way online sooner than they would like.
The company has never commented on this but after a release Spider-Man 2In the latest patch (which adds New Game+), clever players have discovered a way to access the development menu while the game is paused. But this has nothing to do with this hack, it is a huge mistake on Insomniac's part!
As we first explained GameFragger.comMost of the data relates to the sequel but there are also what appear to be details about the upcoming DLC dubbed “Beetle Villain Arc.”
The leak confirms that Janice Lincoln, Tombstone's daughter, is Beetle in this particular Spider-Verse game and these details seem to line up with last year's hack that mentioned this character and DLC revolving around Carnage as well.
Hopefully, Insomniac plans to make an announcement about DLC and episodic plans soon; Pitting Spider-Men against Beetle should be fun, and should mostly focus on Miles Morales following Peter Parker's decision to hang up the web for the time being.
