If you are look at the enemyYou’re used to introductions that alternate between being deeply emotional and serious or cheesy and silly as all hell. Sometimes it is none of those and just runs away from good feeling. (This usually happens after the show in question has reached a new parenthesis.) Video games You don’t always get glamorous introductions, and it’s unfortunate that this is the case. Because after watching the intro for clash fire emblem, This kind of cheesiness is something games could have more of.

Fire Emblem engagement It’s due to be released in about two weeks, and along with the strategy RPG impressions, the game’s cinematic introduction has been released. Much of the introduction’s appeal goes to its song, which sounds like it was made in the ’90s and then stagnated for three decades. It’s so anime you’d half expect it to end with an ad for Crunchyroll. The visuals attempt to hit the same cheese with colored streaks of light corresponding to toothpaste-colored protagonist Alear and their companions Alfred, Timerra, Ivy, and Diamant, and shots of their in-game models showing off their special abilities. Perhaps not as strong a lead as the one for 2019 Fire Emblem: Three HousesAnd But engage The opening is interesting in itself.

Launch Emblem of Engagement – Full Opening [English] + Title screen

Big selling point get engaged Is that Alear and their group can use special rings to summon the main characters from the former fire emblem Entries like Marth from the ’90s Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and Blade of Light or beleth of Three houses. That alone sounds anime as hell (imagine the former heroes’ hands raising Allir during a key moment!), and hopefully the game can keep up with the energy the opening puts off. Games like this tend to be long, so hopefully the intro will get you in the mood to defeat evil empires every time you play it.

Fire Emblem engagement Nintendo Switch releases on January 20th.
